As part of a Hackathon hosted at Meta HQ, we were commissioned by the European Commission to address a complex and current issue:
"How can we strengthen the sense of European belonging among the younger generation (18-24)?"
The challenge was twofold: making institutional topics (history, culture) attractive to a target audience used to "snackable content," and creating a tangible bond between young people from different countries.

The biggest difficulty of this project lay in the Onboarding design. As a banking service, we were subject to strict KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.

I focused on reassurance and fluidity. We segmented the sign-up into clear steps, used benevolent UX Writing to explain why these documents are necessary (security, legality), and integrated progress bars to avoid discouraging the user.
